Introduction: Autoimmune polyglandular syndrome (APS) is an autoimmune disorder that affects many endocrine glands. Until now four categories of APS are identified: APS-I includes at least two out of: mucocutaneous candidiasis, hypoparathyroidism and adrenocortical failure.
